The Alira Estate has all the makings of a perfect community. It was important to us when we moved to Victoria that we found a home not just a place to live, we have rented for a couple of years nearby the estate and love the area.
Our checklist to purchase was not a long one but did include some very hard to meet criteria. A sense of community, walks, grassy areas to explore, walking distance to shops, access to good schools and most importantly a safe environment for our family to enjoy. We considered a number of nearby areas but Alira ticked every box and more.
Everyone we spoke to said finding the area is the easy bit and buying and building is where the stress starts. I have to say that to date that has not been our experience at all, the land team especially Trudi offered advice support and worked with our builder to find the perfect plot of land to build on. We had a couple of road bumps along the way ensuring we had the right finance option and COVID certainly threw some new challenges, but we knew that we had the Alira team behind us and supporting us every step of the way.
As we get close to our settlement date we are excited to get access to our land and start the countdown to build completion and moving into our new community and home.

I have been living in Berwick for nearly 8 years now sold my home recently and have been stuck on homes to buy, but when I found out that Alira estate was opening I felt that that’s where I wanted to be with a beautiful lake and park views a town centre a stone throw away you can’t get any better then that.
I contacted Oliver Hume in Alira and ever since that day I haven’t turned back they have been a massive help not only land but helping with my builder. I really can’t wait till this estate is up and established. I would like to thank Oliver Hume for all they have done.

The moment we saw the masterplan for ALIRA AT BERWICK we knew this was for us. The combination of parks, waterways, and walking tracks is a dream! For us, we saw the lifestyle that my wife and I both had been looking for and were confident that ALIRA was going to provide that.
We both love the location of this estate. It is so close to everything we need. Coming from regional Victoria, we wanted to find that balance between modern living and space. ALIRA AT BERWICK has wonderfully combined the two by providing incredible real estate opportunities surrounded by vast open spaces. My wife and I had been looking at land in nearby estates but did not feel that any offered the same atmosphere as ALIRA.
The purchasing process was one of the easiest experiences of our lives. Trudi and the team at ALIRA helped us through every step of the process answering the numerous questions we had along the way. We couldn’t believe how easy/fast the process was. There was no tricks or false promises that we had previously experienced with other company’s in the past. Trudi and the team were very genuine and friendly!
